NOTICE: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as of December 10, 2009 has adopted the 2009 I-Codes.

On January 1, 2010, the 2009 I-Codes will be enforced. Note that if a contract for design was in effect prior to this date, or if an active building permit was issued prior to this date the 2006 I-Codes will still apply

If your project is under the 2006 I-Codes, documentation of such will be required during plan submittal. I no documentation is provided, the 2009 I-Codes will be assumed
